Two tiered chrome dangling earrings c.1970s. Unlike the other pair listed these are symmetrical and geometric. However, like the other pair, these have lots of movement and dimensionality. I love the multiple layered effect on these earrings. They are 2 3/8ths inches long, with clip backs and lightweight and comfortable to wear. Great condition, very striking.
Great 3-D design on these earrings comprising
4 balls each surrounded by an open silver ring. Though stacked, the two sides are angled in toward one another. These look remarkably like the design by Kolman Jourdan of Germany but do not carry their mark so either unsigned or potentially a copy. They are 1 1/4 inches long and 1/2 inch wide and for pierced ears. Lightweight and comfortable, though design gives a substantial look.
Mid Century modern, sterling silver cufflinks with a substantial geometric design. These have a matte brushed silver surface. Starkly elegant these measure 1/2" x 3/4" and are 1/8" thick. European in origin, they are marked 925 for sterling silver content and FS which is the makers mark.
Sculptural three dimensional cufflinks by Gilles (Guy) Vidal of Canada. Stacks of cubes of varying widths and layers make for a pair of very architectural cufflinks. Signed on the back as depicted, they are in fie condition and measure 13/16th" x 1" (measurements are approximate due to the construction of the cufflinks) They are 1/4" tall at maximum. Quintessential modernism.
Wonderful Livia Gorka bowl with an unusual shape and characteristic abstract design. The bowl has a rounded triangular shape decorated in a swirling orange and tan pattern; the inside is done in a teal semi-gloss glaze. It's in wonderful condition and is 7 inches tall and about 24 1/2 inches in circumference around the top. Great decorative piece and possibly made for export based on the signature.
Stunning vase by Livia Gorka in a teal blue with a swirling abstracted design that are actually birds. Motifs from nature such as birds and fish are often found on her work. A well known ceramic artist in her own right, she is the daughter of the famed Geza Gorka, considered one of the founders of modern ceramics arts in Hungary. The vase is 12 inches tall and in excellent condition.
Dramatically decorated vase by Livia Gorka, a leading ceramic artist in Hungary. Daughter of the famed Geza Gorka, her mid-century work is instantly recognizable with its primitive motifs and vivid colors. This vase is 8 inches tall and in excellent condition.
Fabulous, sculptural Robert Larin bracelet. This is a substantial piece - weighty and wide with a highly detailed and "lunar" surface. It is 1 1/4 inch wide and 6 1/4 inches long (so on the small side, in terms of wrist size). Unusual, attractive and in great condition. Signed as pictured.
This necklace is a small wearable sculpture by Arne Johansen who started his workshop in Denmark in 1954 and ceased production in 1993. "His work is characterised by the pure simplicity of line, elegant design, the substantial weight of the silver, and the expertise of the craftsmanship."

This crystalline studio pottery vase is by Maria Philippi, born in 1927. The glaze is superb with its exquisite muted colors which seamlessly blend. Philippi studied with Hubert Griemert and Monika Maetzel and also worked for Annemarie and Werner Schmidt-Tummeley. Between 1962-1964 she worked for Soholm in Denmark.
