A lovely arts and crafts sterling silver and enamel necklace by the firm of Charles Horner. The iridescent green enamel pendant is 1 1/4" long inclusive of the small drop and is 7/8" wide. The necklace is 23 3/4" and in excellent condition. The marks on the back of the pendant are the lion passant(for sterling), the town mark for chester, the date letter for 1913 and the makers mark C.H.
