| Sterling silver abstract earrings by Vera Allison. Born in 1902, she worked as a commercial artist after graduating from UC Berkeley. She subsequently became a painter and jewelry designer and died in 1986. These earrings are constructed as a folded piece of silver with one shiny side and the larger side finished with a matte textured finish. With screwbacks, these could be converted to pierced earrings if desired. Excellent condition, signed and 1 1/4 inch long. | |||||||
