| This modernist vase is by Livia Gorka, a major figure in Hungarian avant garde ceramics. Daughter of the renowned Geza Gorka, Livia was certified a master potter in 1947. Her designs often feature objects from nature but are also frequently abstract as with this piece. It is 9 3/8 inches tall, signed and in excellent condition.
