| The first Kelim sterling silver necklace pictured is a flat ribbon zig zag design hammered design. Kelim's pieces are frequently architectural, and always modernist in the simplicity and elegance of their designs. The necklace is 17 inches long and 5/8ths of an inch wide. The second necklace is done in a lavaliere style and is a snake chain adorned with silver leaf shaped pods. It is 22 1/2 inches long. There are a matching pair of earrings, item number KP439, pictured in the last image of this listing. Kelim Jewelry was founded in 1992 by Meral and Halil Sartekin. The couple began designing jewelry inspired by the patterns in the traditional Turkish carpets and the natural beauty of their adopted county, Switzerland. Kelim Jewelry is 925 Silver with a fine silver finish. A jewelry tarnish protectant is applied at the end of the production process so Kelim Jewelry will take longer to tarnish than most other silver jewelry. | |||||||||||
