| This 18K gold brooch (pin) has a highly sculptural, swirling and three dimensional design. The piece is basically circular and has an undulating curving structure. The surface has a florentine finish while the edges of each curve are shiny. The whole is pierced with circles of varying sizes. There's a lot going on here but it all works together. The pin is roughly 1 3/8 inches in diameter and has a trombone clasp. Marked 18K on the rear, it would be easy to add a bale to this so it could also be worn on a chain. | |||||||
